Job Purpose:
Deliver specialized project management services by providing professional consultation and follow-up with clients on their needs, while maintaining a good relationship with clients to increase satisfaction. Optimize the use of personal and team time/effort to meet agreed standards for timeliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, control budgets, and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements to increase client satisfaction.

Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance, coaching, or training to direct reports in performing their delegated duties.

Deliver a variety of project requests, including outsourcing, HR consultation, public relations, and training.

Assist the project owner in developing goals that contribute to strategy, logistics, team growth, and business/financial goals.

Prepare invoices, monthly changes, and all required reports to clients and Kafaat’s departments on a monthly basis and when requested.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and onsite teams.

Provide excellent client service with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion.

Develop open and effective communication channels with each client to establish a strong business relationship.

Demonstrate the ability to support Business Development initiatives and goals.

Participate in improving the project management process, tools, document controls, and continuous improvement activities.

Interface with clients and Kafaat departments to ensure all requested services are on track.

Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of requested services.

Contribute to expanding existing client relationships and developing new relationships.

Determine the best utilization of resources to increase client satisfaction.

Analyze project costs, budgets, and client expectations.

Participate in designing and developing a successful customer service model to generate more business development opportunities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.

PMP Certification (Optional).

Reporting Line:

Reports to the Project Manager.

Report on progress or performance and escalate issues or approval requests to the direct manager.

Participate in contracting discussions for all issues, or follow-up on disputed cases with Kafa’at departments.

Advise on the project's needs with the Business Development team.

Provide regular updates to clients about service progress.
External Communications:

Maintain client relationships by providing timely updates on the progress of requested services.
