When using this service and providing us with information, files, and folders you send to Kafa'at, you ensure the accuracy of this data and are responsible for all of your content.You retain full ownership of your content, but by providing it, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, modify, publish, transmit, edit, translate, create derivative works, display, and distribute any and all content in connection with providing the service to you and other users according to your settings on the service.

This license also includes the right to modify or alter your content for submission or display across computer networks and in various media and/or to make changes to your content to fit and adapt it to any requirements or restrictions on any networks, devices, services, or media.

You also extend these rights to include Third Party Services we work with to provide the service.

All content on the service, whether publicly posted or submitted by users, is the sole responsibility of the person who created it. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truth, accuracy, or reliability of any content posted via the service or any views expressed through the service. If you use or rely on any content or material posted via the service, you do so at your own risk. Kafa'at shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable in any way for any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of using any content in the service

With your written consent, we may use your name and logo on our website for marketing purposes. Your use of your name and logo on the website will be revocable for any reason and at any time.

Kafa'at License

Subject to these Terms, Kafa'at retains all rights to the service (including all intellectual property rights) not expressly granted in these Terms and may terminate this license at any time for any reason or without reason.

Your Behavior

You agree that you are responsible for your use of the service, any content you provide, and any consequences resulting from it, including the use of your content by other users and third parties.
You understand that if you do not have the right to submit content to the service, this could subject you to liability. Kafa'at will not be liable for any use of your content by the website or service.

In accordance with these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to grant the rights granted here for any content you submit, including all rights necessary to upload your content for use under these Terms.

You agree not to post content that

(1)May cause harm or injury, physical or mental distress, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to you or any other person or any animal

(2)May create a risk of loss or other damage to any person or property

(3)Attempts to harm or exploit children by exposing them to inappropriate content, requesting personal details, or otherwise

(4)May constitute or contribute to a crime or harm

(5)Contains any information or content we consider illegal, harmful, offensive, racist, ethnically offensive, or violating or infringing on privacy rights, publicity rights, harassment, or defamation of others (publicly or otherwise), threatening or otherwise abusive

(6)Contains any illegal content (including, without limitation, disclosing confidential information under securities law or trade secrets of a third party)

(7)Contains any information or content you do not have the right to provide under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationships

(8)Contains any information or content you know to be false or outdated.You agree that any content you post does not infringe and will not infringe upon any rights of any kind, including, for example, intellectual property or privacy rights.We retain the right, but are not obligated, to refuse and/or remove any content that we believe, at our sole discretion, violates these provisions.

We also retain the right at all times, but are not obligated, to remove or refuse to distribute any content on the service, including your content. We also retain the right to access, read, store, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to:

You are solely responsible for your conduct and content of your files, folders, and communications with others while using the service. For example, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights or permission to comply with these Terms. We may choose to review content to ensure it complies with our community guidelines, but you acknowledge that Kafa'at is not obligated to monitor any information on the service. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or legality of files, user posts, or any other information you may access through the service.
