We are looking for a Partnerships Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Partnership Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing, managing, and enhancing partnerships that drive the company’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities across partnership development, loyalty programs, and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new partnerships and maintain existing ones to support business growth.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate programs and activities, ensuring safe and effective execution.
- Manage daily operations related to loyalty programs and company events (both internal and external).
- Configure, manage, and enhance loyalty platforms to meet evolving business needs.
- Attend, organize, and lead meetings and campaigns with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Liaise directly with vendors, clients, and third parties to ensure smooth execution of partnership activities.
- Prepare and distribute periodic reports on partnership and program performance.
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts to align interests and achieve mutual objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities for market expansion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare and interpret reports.
- Experience with loyalty programs or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
