Job Purpose:

one of Kafaat Clients is looking for Executive Affairs Senior Consultant.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Data Collection:
  • Analyze project inputs in alignment with its objectives.
  • Prepare and present a methodology for the development and launch of the Executive Affairs Department.
  • Develop a detailed project schedule outlining tasks and activities.
  • Create an initial list of relevant internal and external entities.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges that may affect project execution.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Planning:
  • Develop a detailed list of internal and external stakeholders, including their roles and expectations.
  • Prepare a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan including communication strategies, feedback collection methods, and interaction mechanisms.
  1. Current State Analysis:
  • Review the Center’s strategy and management approach to Executive Affairs.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies with at least three comparable organizations to identify best practices.
  • Analyze current capabilities and identify performance gaps.
  • Develop a comprehensive current state analysis report.
  1. Strategy Development for Executive Affairs:
  • Analyze the internal and external environment to identify trends and challenges.
  • Develop an integrated strategy including:
    • Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
    • Key Strategic Pillars.
    • Strategic Goals and Initiatives.
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) linked to each goal.
  • Ensure alignment of the Executive Affairs strategy with the Center’s overall corporate strategy.
  1. Operating Model Design for Executive Affairs:
  • Develop the full operational model for the department, including:
    • Organizational structure and role/responsibility assignments.
    • Governance framework.
    • Process maps up to Level 3 (L3).
    • Required capabilities (job structures, skills, systems).
    • Recommendations for technical and work tools support systems.
    • Executive Affairs performance management mechanism.
    • Department-specific policies and procedures.
  1. Operational Support:
  • Provide direct operational support for applying the new model and policies.
  • Monitor project and initiative implementation and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Develop supporting documents such as action plans, project logs, risk registers, and official templates.
  • Deliver periodic executive presentations and review documentation prepared for senior leadership.
  1. Training, Capacity Building, and Knowledge Transfer:
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for Executive Affairs staff.
  • Prepare guidance materials and user manuals to ensure sustainability after project completion.
  • Deliver hands-on training on management tools, KPIs, and operational governance.
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in consulting or strategic development roles.
  • Proven experience in:
    • Strategy development and alignment.
    • Operational model design and process mapping.
    • Stakeholder engagement and management.
    • Executive communications and reporting.
    • Capacity building and organizational development.
  • Executive Affairs experience is required.

Skills

  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Expertise in organizational strategy and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Proficiency in benchmarking methodologies and gap analysis.
  • Ability to develop KPIs and performance measurement systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • High analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred for regional roles).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
