The EPMO Analyst is responsible for supporting data analytics,reporting, and monitoring project execution to ensure alignment with the organizations strategic objectives. This role involves analyzing project data, developing reports and dashboards, and assisting with project governance and control.Strategic Alignment and Integration Support the alignment of project management practices and initiatives with KBSs strategic objectives and priorities. Collaborate with various divisions and departments to support the integration and alignment of project management processes. Assist in establishing criteria and processes for project selection, prioritization, and alignment with KBSs strategic objectives. Support project governance activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals, resource optimization, and risk management.Project Management Standards and Methodologies Development and Maintenance Assist in the development, promotion, and continuous improvement of standardized project management practices, methodologies, and tools. Help build and maintain a standardized library of PM tools and report templates to be used across KBS.Project Monitoring and Control Monitor project execution and governance for both external and internal projects and initiatives. Assist in developing and implementing metrics and KPIs to track project progress. Coordinate with various departments and project management teams to monitor project status reports and identify/mitigate risks and issues. Implement corrective actions to address deviations and ensure projects stay on track. Gather feedback and lessons learned from completed projects to enhance future performance.Data Analytics and Reporting Collect internal and external project-related data and analyze it to identify variances or issues that might require escalation. Develop and maintain executive EPMO reports and dashboards for clear and concise project status updates
