Job Purpose:
Deliver specialized project management services by providing professional consultation and follow up with clients on their needs and to maintain a good relationship with clients to increase their satisfactions.
Optimise the use of personal and team time/effort in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.
- Prepare invoices, monthly changes, and all required reports to clients departments on monthly basis and when requested.
- Provide excellent client’s services with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of requested services
- Deliver progressively, variety of project requests (outsourcing, HR consultation, Public Relations and Training) projects.
- Interfacing with client’s department to make sure all requested services are on track
- Prepare invoices, monthly changes, and all required reports to clients & departments on monthly basis and when requested
- Determine the best utilization of resources to increase client’s satisfaction
- Analyse project costs, budgets and client expectations.
- Contributes to expanding existing client relationships and developing new relationships.
- Participate in improving the project management process, tools, document controls, and metrics /benchmarking and continuous improvement activities.
- Design and develop a successful customer service model to generate more business development opportunities
