Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance, coaching or training to direct reports in performing their delegated duties
Deliver progressively, variety of project requests (outsourcing, HR consultation, and Training)
Assist project owner to develop goals that contributes to strategy, logistics, team growth and business/financial goals.
Prepare invoices, monthly changes, and all required reports to clients & KAFA'AT departments on monthly basis and when requested.
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with client and onsite team
Provide excellent client’s services with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion
Develop an open and effective channel of communication with each client by becoming the reliable point of contact for each client to establish a strong business relationship.
Demonstrate ability to support Business Development initiatives and goals.
Participate in improving the project management process, tools, document controls, and metrics /benchmarking and continuous improvement activities.
Interfacing with clients & KAFA'AT department to make sure all requested services are on track
Contributes to expanding existing client relationships and developing new relationships.
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of requested services
