Optimize the use of personal and team time/effort in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.
Prepare invoices, monthly changes, and all required reports to clients & Kafaat’s departments on monthly basis and when requested.
Provide excellent client’s services with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of requested services
Deliver progressively, variety of project requests (outsourcing, HR consultation, Public Relations and Training) projects.
Interfacing with clients & Kafaat department to make sure all requested services are on track
Prepare invoices, monthly changes, and all required reports to clients & Kafaat’s departments on monthly basis and when requested.
Determine the best utilization of resources to increase client’s satisfaction
Analyse project costs, budgets and client expectations.
Contributes to expanding existing client relationships and developing new relationships.
Participate in improving the project management process, tools, document controls, and metrics /benchmarking and continuous improvement activities.
Design and develop a successful customer service model to generate more business development opportunities
